Using a modern Grutzmacher mail fulfilment machine, we have the ability to fulfil at a rate 3,500 per hour.

This machine deals with C5 machinable envelopes and can insert 1, 2 or 3 mailing pieces.

About our Grutzmacher

Grützmacher System GmbH is a medium-sized mechanical engineering company from Dorsten in Germany. Founded in 1991 and started out with just a few employees. In the early 2000s the local production and administration were expanded. Meanwhile Grützmacher System GmbH has about fifteen employees and therefore is a reliable partner for mail processing machines for more than twenty years.

Grützmacher’s core competence is on automatic inserting machines. These machines enable sorting, folding and enveloping of large quantities of paper sheets. Beyond that the name Grützmacher in particular stands for manufacturing of special requirements. There are almost no limits to customer wishes.

In addition to the inserting systems Grützmacher provides a variety of other products and services. Stand-alone machines function as integrative elements of envelope inserting systems and as independent machines – they are one part of the further Grützmacher product range. Also Grützmacher System GmbH has a great repertoire of services concerning contract manufacture and manufacture of parts.

Our Grutzmacher machine was supplied by UK company AMS GB who are the UK dealers for Grutzmacher. The machine was designed specifically for the companies needs at the time of order.
